X-TSC5  high-speed oxy-fuel flame wire spraying system is a low-cost HVOF spraying system developed by our company. It has the characteristics of small size, flexible movement and low cost.

The matching M-JET5 spray gun is light in weight and adopts electric wire feeding system. The wire feeding is more stable, and the wire feeding roller automatically adjusts the gap.

It can spray 1.6mm diameter copper wire, stainless steel wire, aluminum wire and so on. The prepared coating has low porosity and high bonding strength, and is the best choice for low cost HVOF.
