for the thermal spray, the equipment utilizes electricity to heat up the nickel electrode, fuse the contacting point of nickel, and apply small particle of nickel to the surface of workpiece, making the workpiece form a rough surface. Microsurface height is about 0.1-0.5mm after processing. This kind of surface preparation is very simple and the workpiece is very reliable. So it is widely used, especially in the area where the surface is difficult or impossible to be grit blasted.

Roughing transformer: it is a single-phase voltage 380v transformer, with 6.8KVA of rating power.

The output-voltage is adjusted by high or low voltage switch .

•  Top level :empty duty-voltage — 5.5V

•  Medium level : empty duty-voltage — 4.0V

•  Low level : empty duty-voltage — 4.5V
